Following the motto "Quality on Wheels," the Krampe company from
Coesfeld-Lette in the Westphalia, Germany, produces vehicles for
farming and forestry, the building industry, and municipal and
special-project construction firms. Krampe has grown up from a small
village smithy; the first tipping trailers were built in 1983.
Alongside a comprehensive program of standard vehicles, tailor-made
customised and special vehicles are also manufactured according to
the customer's wishes. Supported by state-of-the-art CAD systems in
direct combination with a PPS / ERP system, the Krampe employees plan
and construct new models and make individual customer wishes a
reality.
The strength of this midsize company is the speed with which it can
apply newly-won knowledge in its work. Through regular local
consultation between users and specialists, through driver trainings,
or through personal contact at trade fairs, numerous new ideas and
impulses are exchanged and transformed into reality. This happens
quickly and without bureaucratic red tape; a clear advantage that
large companies cannot offer.
Individually constructed vehicles meeting the highest quality
specifications are thus a KRAMPE trademark. Leading trade fairs in
and outside Germany are the appropriate platform for the presentation
of new developments and modifications. KRAMPE has for many years been
the unchallenged market leader in sales of agricultural tipping
vehicles in Germany. Alongside the construction of vehicles, Krampe
has also made a good reputation in the field of metal
construction.
