Carlisle
Brake Products (UK) Ltd was created following the acquisition by the
USA Carlisle Group in 2005 of the off-highway braking division of
Arvin Meritor's global braking business. In 2006 the business,
including its employees, were transferred to a brand new factory just
a few miles away from the original Arvin Meritor operation. Carlisle
Brake Products (UK) Ltd forms part of the Carlisle
Industrial Brake and Friction Group with manufacturing locations
in the USA, Europe and Asia.
